Our Story

I'm Amber and my nickname since childhood is Bam. I am the creator and owner of Bam's Kitchen which originally hosted large dinner parties before opening at a pop up location in Brighton.  

 

I am a self-taught cook driven by a passion for food and inspired by every cuisine from around the world. My food is fresh, honest and all prepared by myself, sharing with you all my favourite foods... which is also why you won't see many mushrooms!

 

Expect to see a selection of delicious coffee's supplied by the locally admired Red Roaster, fresh smoothies, shakes, carefully crafted sandwiches, healthy breakfast options, sausage rolls, an array of cakes and sweet treats and daily specials of interesting salads to pick and choose from. I will always try to supply options for vegan and gluten free diets as I wouldn't want anyone to compromise or go without.
